Important Information

  • A deposit of $250 is due with this application. This fee assures your child’s place at camp and is part of the total tuition fee.
  • ALL campers must have a store account which will cover trip costs and spending money, laundry and any other incidental expenses. Transportation fees are additional.
  • Transportation to and from camp is the responsibility of the parent. Arrangements can be made to meet flights to and from TRAVERSE CITY AIRPORT ONLY. There will be a nominal fee charged for this service.
  • The obligations of the camp for staff and expenses are fixed for the summer. The absence of a camper does not lessen the operating expenses. Therefore NO REFUND OR REDUCTION WILL BE MADE IN THE EVENT OF CAMPER DISMISSAL OR WITHDRAWAL.
  • For campers registering after May 1, the full tuition is due at the time of registration.
  • If this application is cancelled before April 1, one half of the deposit is refundable. After April 1, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

 

 

 

2012 Family Camp & Alumni Weekend

Friday July 27 - Sunday July 29

 

The Maplehurst 57th year reunion will run from Friday, July 27th to Sunday, July 29th.  Check in and reception will be from 4 - 6 p.m. on Friday.  There will be activities planned for all ages and plenty to choose from including waterskiing, arts & crafts, fishing, hiking, tennis, land sports and more!

Relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of camp, re-connecting with old friends and making new friends will top your “schedule”.

All of the cabins are available for rent on a “first come- first served” basis or you can make your own accommodations with the local hotels and motels.  After hours childcare will be available for those who want it.

Alumni/Family camp weekend prices:
Family rate (up to four) = $500
Couples rate = $300
Individuals = $200
Children (under 12) = $100
(Saturday day rate is $125 per person)

Weekend fees include 5 meals, all youth and adult activities, and in-camp lodging.
